Hi
I remember reading somewhere that you can do these by clicking on 'Info' for a particular Riff and dragging the frequency up or down.
I can't see this info button, or is there another way of doing this?

Thanks

Look on your song layers on RWS...the info button will be next to the solo and mute button on your layers. This will help with fade out / in.....Hope this helps you.

Cheers!!!

RWS is Riffworks Standard, the info button is there on every layer you record, to the left of the gain and pan knobs. When you click it the layers' wave file appears, you can click, hold and drag within the wave file box and create fade ins, fade outs, quieter/louder sections in a layer (and also remove bum notes in my case ), trim starts and ends to tighten them etc etc. This feature is also common to Line6 version.

Hope this helps mate, maybe Gator will soon appear with one of his pictorial explanations for ya :)

This one was around crossfading with the Info control, but probably still helpful in showing it. For a fade you'd just extend the line from top to bottom more gradually to draw your fade (hopefully there's no golfers on here or I'll be accused of talking bollocks!).

Looking at the original question...the info won't change the frequency, it will change the level (volume).

ok cheers
except this is a different version to the riffworks i use
i don't know what version i've got but it's copyright 2004.. and it doesn't have this info button.
i downloaded T4 and tried that but i got no sound because it doesn't load automatically with guitarport.
when i started guitarport to get sound, T4 seemed to be running independently of it, i.e. the effects changed the sound of the drums but had no effect on the guitar tone
any ideas?
