New to riffworks and loving it. The only problem I seem to be having is using Revalver MkIII with it. The VST droplist doesn't even show it in there at all (it does show Amplitube2 Live which has been working fine). I really want to use my favorite amp sim with this software. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix for this in near future? Is there an extra step I need to make on my end to make this work? Any answers would be appreciated,

Several here have used Revalver up through version MkIII but on PC I think. Not sure anyone here has tried on a Mac but is should work.

If you can't get it going try contacting support directly here: http://www.sonomawireworks.com/support_form.php They're great and should be able to help you :)

Thanks for the link Blue. I will do that and follow up for anyone else that might be having this issue.

I have found a solution for any one else who maybe having this problem. After talking to support (who responded very quickly by the way) they gave me the idea of checking my vst plugin folder.

Under Hardrive/Library/Audio/Plugins/VST there is a list of plugins. Revalver was actually in another sub-folder (Peavey Electronics). When I moved the Revalver.vst to the vst plugin folder directly it then shows up in Riffworks.

Awesome!

Just to clarify I moved the Hardrive/Library/Audio/Plugins/VST/Peavey Electronics/RevalverMKIII.vst

to------------------------------> Hardrive/Library/Audio/Plugins/VST/RevalverMKIII.vst

I am very stoked about being about to use my amp sim in Riffworks now.

(this was for MacOSX)

cool, lets us know how it works and plays with RW if you would. I know I'm kinda gassing to spring for the Mk3 from all the clips I've heard on Andy Sneaps UM forum.

I spent a couple of hours last night recording riff after riff. It is a real good combination. I have been using RevalverHP which is an unbelievable deal (the full demo works as well). I've been able to coax some really good bass sounds out of it too.
