Ideally the ability to turn it off would be good. Or at least threshold and ratio controls.

Any comments from developers ever show up or is it just a matter of wait and see?

This was mentioned quite a bit a year ago mostly due to how some of the drummers already had the limiter in the ID which was quite noticable. As far as I know...between last year and now, those aspects of RW has not changed so I do believe its been noted. I personally don't mind it to much in the program but I notice it quite a bit in some of the drummers when the tempo gets more out of range...especially on the kicks.
