How is one able to riffcast after using Audasity

RiffWorks Recording Software (Mac/Win)

I just used the free audasity download and once i figure out how to use it , I dont know how I would go about riffcasting. Would someone,anyone please explain how this is done?

Mix to OGG in Audacity and then go to your profile in RiffWorld (logged in of course) and click the new Riffcast.......fill in the blanks and upload the OGG file from there.......have patience it takes a good 30-60 seconds or more to upload....and VOILA! Done baybee.... :)
While you're there.....mix to MP3 for Ipods and MySpace ....WAV for burning to CD.....etc...etc......Audacity makes it convenient and easy....

THANKS A MILLION MICKEY! I CANT WAIT! I Believe you have CUBASE .I have the little lexicon alpha its got the Panthion reverb and its the CUBASE LE IVE WONDERD ABOUT UNCORPERATING IT I LOVE THE SOUND OF THE PIANO AND OTHER VST INSTRUMENTS IT HAS .IVE WROTE SOME SONGS USING ALL KINDS INSTRUMENTS BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO COMBINE THE CUBASE WITH THE RIFFWORKS THEY APEAR TO NOT RECOGOGNIZE EACH OTHERS FILES BUT IM SURE THERE IS A WAY TO DO THIS AND YOU ARE THE MAN WHO KNOWS IF ANYBODY KNOWS. IF YOU WOULD BE SO KIND TO HELP I WOULD GREATLY APREACIATE!!
