Line 6 and T4 Freak (locks up) After a loop during recording

When I record (let's say 8 bars) and it goes to repeat, my sound makes this really annoying digital buzz and I get a popup about a crash and it asks me if I want to save a dump file. The only way I can get the buzz to stop is to unplug my KB37 (toneport/gearbox rig), and wait, then plug it back in. This happens with my Line6 Riffworks and T4. I swear I could do this before, so it's like it's a new problem. I have a AMD64 with 3.5 Gigs RAM on a 100GB Hard Drive.

Even if you guys don't know the solution, I would feel betting knowing that I'm not the only one with this crash. I searched the forum but couldn't find any post that matched this one.

Is this something that occurs every time or is this intermediate? Sometimes it crashes on me and looses my input from guitar port and I have to reboot my machine.

Well, I'm using WindowsXP. The good news is that I got my line6 edition to not fail like this, but I don't know what I did! If I could submit the dump file to someone, perhaps they could pinpoint the cause? I'm new to this product and so I don't know how responsive the customer support/development team is.

Happens to me too. Not all the time. Its intermittent. Seems if I loop too many times while recording but am not playing it happens. If I stop and save frequently it seems to not happen. Also with the Line 6 Riffworks on Vista with a Toneport GX. Just have to shut down RW and Gearbox and boot back up. Would also be curious if someone had an explanation/solution.

Some of my Vista problems seem to go away when I run Riffworks as administrator.
