I bought RiffWorks today, I had a problem with downloading who knows a 30% stop. I use a software download and I think that the mistake and come away! how can I do to start the download because my account is a zero! thank you for your answers!

Do not use a download software.: Important! They create multiple threads and will eat up your download count.
You can use a browser like opera or gogle chrome.they have downloaders built in and they work great.
Email customer support and they will reset your downloads.
