hi what am I doing wrong cannot get recent purhase to download did it over and over and ran out of number of downloads permitted need to get john tempesta downloaded to rock on help please please.

Once the drummer is D'Led , double click it to install..... I usually D/Ld to my desktop to find them easier....what browser are you using?

I reset the downloads of the drummer. What exactly is happening? Are you able to download any file? If so, how large is it?
