I have a POD X3 Live and a Firebox that I would like to use with RiffWorks. I'm still a little new at this and only played around with the POD and RiffWorks. Where I'm getting a little confused is with all the sound cards that are popping up now. The computer has one, the POD has one and now the FireBox has one. The only reason I want to do this is to us it for vocals rather then plugging them into the POD. Is this something that I can have all hooked up at once or do people hook each one up one at a time?

Record your guitar etc........with your Pod....then click the audio setup on the bottom right and change ASIO device to your FireBox to do the vox......they can all be "hooked" up to your computer at the same time , but RiffWorks will only recognize/record one at a time on the input (ASIO).....
another option is to leave the FireBox as the ASIO and recording your Pod plugged into it.........but methinks you'll mget better tones by switching ASIO devices. Give it a go and ley us know how that worked. :)

Yeah last night I was checking out the plugs on the FireBox and was thinking about doing what your second idea. I'll have to give both a shot. Just trying to simple things up a little here so I can spend more time playing and less time plugging :) I also might look into that mic cable that is a sound card all in one. I thought that was very cool!
