Riffworks is muting my s/pdif sound card digital input !

When I open RW or even merely select 'new song' I can watch it mute the creative labs soundcard s/pdif input that my Line 6 UX2 inputs to. I don't want to have to keep unmuting the inputs.
Any ideas ?

Why not plug your UX2 into a usb port and not use that creative garbage.. That will stop the that.. Plug your speakers into the toneport not the creative sound card.. no more problem.. Problem is creative!! not compatable with most music software...

Yeah if you can help it at all, bypass your sound card, especially if it is a creative one. I have a Creative SB X-Fi, and I have it disabled and use the TonePort UX2 as primary audio device. I still use the PC for gaming, and all regular activities......works fine.

The Creative ASIO drivers are junk, and have never worked properly.
