Can someone give me a crash course on the re-amping feature of the POD? I am just too damn lazy to figure it out.

pbob,
reamping won't work with rw the way its supposed to work.

for reamping you need to set you pod driver for reamping ie.send clean guitar instead of send processed guitar. with pod you can still monitor the patch sound but only the dry guitar records in your daw like reaper or sonar, cubase ,ableton etc.

with reamping you can apply a different post vst effect like gearbox/podfarm plugin or amplitube or any other fx plugin to get your derivative sound etc.

You can also reamp back through the pod into a different track (but mke sure the di track is the only track (solo) playing as otherwise all other instruments will reamp through pod too over the asio output. (you will again need to change the pod driver mode to re-amp the playback)

i think The pod manual has this explained quite good.

if the daw and the plugin supports automation you can automate knobs on your plugin on the fly and over time.

i do it all the time to change gain gradually or things on amps after i have recorded a dry DI track.
