How can I get Sonoma to unlock my activations? I've used the support form and asked in a followup email for the activations to be set in motion 72hrs after the first request. 98 hrs have now passed and still no response.

I purchased Riffworks Standard in 2006 and was able to download and activate a number of times when I purchased new desktop and laptop computers and after I had disk failure. The activations for that purchase ran out. Then on 26th January, 98 hrs ago (4days ago) I repurchased a download copy of Riffworks. I have installed the fresh purchase on a Macbook Pro but when I try to activate the program the response comes back that I have no more activations. This cannot be true because I repurchased and installed the repurchased software. It shows build 2.5.0.3009 which I believe to be the latest release.

How do I get Sonoma to get this problem resolved. I'm not a grumpy individual but this has really got me going. It does not seem to be a technical computer issue but simply the slowness of whoever is responsible to press a few buttons and get the activations ACTIVATED! Is this slowness normal? The website promotes the view that they'll get to deal with support about 1 business day after the request. It's now 4 days! If I ran my business like this I'd be broke with a bad reputation.

Can someone help here. Is anyone from Sonoma monitoring this forum.

Sorry we took so long on this. It looks like someone already reset your activations, though please let us know if you need anything else.

Cheers,
Randy

Thanks Randy. Everything's working now.

It's just that we 60 year olds don't have a lot of time left to enjoy this stuff. Every day is a bonus. Apologies for the gripe.

No worries Peter, it was really my fault. I've been in the middle of a move and haven't been keeping as close as an eye on things as I should have been. Thankfully Garrett has been around to keep things afloat in the support arena. :)

Thanks for your understanding,
Randy
