Unloadable Drummer

Hi;

I'm a brand new user with riff works and I'm experiencing some difficulty. I posted yesterday but I'm still having trouble.

I purchased two drummers yesterday and when I opened riffworks Igot an 'unloadable drummer' window that said: 'the following instant drummer sessions cannot be loaded. Drummnerheads.Shufflufagus (and) DrumsOnDemand.RimBallad' (the ones I purchased).

I'm running Windows Vista.

Try downloading them again.
If you used IE, give a different browser a try - like Firefox or Chrome.
