Trouble Downloadin

For some reason I am unable to download riffworks, It says I have 3 downloads left. But everytime it just goes to a blank page.

It worked before on my old computer but for some reason its not working now.

any help would be appreciated.

I am using IE 7.06

Try a different browser if you can. If it continues, contact Support directly at support@sonomawireworks.com

Also make sure you turn off any download management software, as those types of applications are not compatible with our download server.

he is also not the only person experiancing this. Aveon (who is new) also mentioned the exact same thing with his drawn and quartered. thing is though that aveon is on a mac, and using safari.

We see this issue all the time for new customers and normally it's because they're using download management software. Those apps allow you to pause and resume downloads, usually for dial-up users that have unstable connections.

I'm not worried... yet!

I know in Vista.. sometimes you need to hold the cntrl key while clicking the download button to by pass the browser or MS download prtection services.
