firewire interface device

RiffWorks Recording Software (Mac/Win)

I have evrythibg I need for this mic,speaker's evrything but the interface device.

Is there a specific model I should get, Is there something that works better then something else for this particular version? I have riffworks standard if that helps

http://www.tweakheadz.com/soundcards_and_audio_interfaces.htm I do agree that Line6 is great espeically with RW because of the effects available with Gearbox and Podfarm. The only issue is cost and flexibility etc. Hope this helps vs just making the decision harder :)

I use Line 6 Tone Port UX1 and love it. As for which model, it depends on how many inputs you need etc.
The UX1 has 1 guitar and 1 mic input. I think the UX2 has 2 of each, there is some more models with more features and are alot more money.

I use a M-Audio Firewire Solo. Works great.

If you can spring the extra $$, I love the PreSonus Firebox. It feels and sounds like a pro piece of gear. No plastic bits on this baby! :)
