Despirately Need Help with activation....changing user

Hi,

A few posts earlier a friend of mine had mentioned that he had installed riffworks under a friends account and he can't load drummers. Well i was the one that did it.... duuuhh
yeah i know...

Here's the thing.... i didn't know that the drummers are linked to the user name of the program so now he is trying to install drummers and they don't work. cause they were bought under his name...

Here is what we have tried...

1. Uninstall/Re-install - Doesn't work
2. System Restore - Doesn't work
3 Manually Removing the program from the registry - I followed someone elses post on how to do it... and it still doesn't work.

My friend bought and paid for 2 drummers almost 3 weeks ago and short of re-formatting his computer i can't seem to change the username/password in riffworks.

There's gotta be a way to do it. could someone please help.

He's using Vista.

Hi Jacques,

He just needs to delete the registration files which are located in
C:Program DataSonoma Wire Works - Make sure you leave the drummers folder alone.

After deleting those files, just have him launch RiffWorks and enter his reg info when prompted.
