problems with songs/riffs after they are recorded

hey. im new here and i have a question about after i record a song/riff ect. the question is, how do i get it onto my itunes or on a website if i wanna show it to people. i tried to put it on a website but the file format was wrong. i tried to get a file format converter but it wasnt compatable with .RWS so can i get some help? thanks in advance

Hey welcome man.....save your song to WAV or OGG, then use this free program to convert to MP3, but make sure you also download the LAME MP3 encoder for that purpose...

You can also Riffcast your tune and then download the MP3 file right from the Riffworld/Riffcaster page.....the link is right under (bottom right) of your songbar.
