Just a quick poll...

Do Pod Farm tones sound a bit 'hollow' to any one else?

A lot of them don't sound right to me. It's almost like they're too big for Riffworks if that makes any sense. I know how to mix correctly, but I just can't seem to get anything to sound right using PF.

Is any one else having to mix differently when using PF tones?

Thoughts?

Try setting your PodFarm default Bit depth to match that of Riffworks.......... Ex. 24 bits to 24...or 32 to 32.....see if that helps....or even lowering the volume in Podfarms mixer just a tad.....I had to do that.

I don't think Mickeys' things match Gary :P
No-one remembers what you do or say. Everyone remembers how you made them feel. Allegedly !!!!

Audio setup button on the bottom right of Riffworks ....takes you to BOTH setups for Riffworks default recording depth and to Line 6's default bit depth in the open ASIO control panel........

thanks mickey. i forgot where that was.

i don't think i have g-dads problem with the farm but it does seem like the sound changes sometime with the same settings from time to time.

maybe it's these old ears o' mine. :(

If Gary matches Mickey's things then we've all got a lot more problems than we originally thought. :o
