I am trying to update RW using Line6 Monkey, but every time I run the dmg file I get the message that a newer versions already exists.

I want to clean the system and start again.

Mac OSX 10.5.6

Sorry about that!

All you need to do is delete the RiffWorks installation receipt from Macintosh HD/library/Receipts. Once you do that you'll be able to install the update.
