RiffCast Feature

Hello

I've been successful in the past and have posted a few songs. I have recently completed song and clicked on the riffcast button(Riffworks Standard). First it takes about 30 seconds for the information window to pop up and after entering required info and typing in my password I get the error message Cannot Connect To Server Incorrect User Name and Password.

I recently upgraded from T4, but I don't remember if my last Riffcast was with T4 and that's how I orginally registered my username and password. My orginal username and password still work when I login to Riffworks and Rifflink.

Can someone please offer some assistance?
