I tried to cast and it said "cannot connect to server and my username and pasword was incorrect"

I been tring to get help with this for over a week,,,sent a letter to customer service....no reply....and still nothing

I've had the same problem for about three weeks and still do. I have submitted two support requests even had to email Michelle she finally got some one to email me back today. My problem is not solved but I hope this is a step in right direction. So the lesson of my story is try emailing michelle. Thanks again Michelle have a great weekend.

I've had the same problem for three weeks. I emailed Michelle yesterday and someone got in contact with me today. The problem is not fixed, but I hope we're heading in the right direction.
