I am not the expert but this (for me) indicates an overload on the computer and audio interface bus. Thus an adjustment of the buffer size is required in the audio device or DAW depending on which is available to you (or both.) Since Reason is in Rewire mode at this point RW will be the responsible interface for the DAW so you should be able configure RW and the Audio Interface in RW by clicking on the audio button at bottom right of the RW interface and go from there. There is a help button also on the interface. A reboot of your computer will also "reset" the bus and could help but not likely.
Problem now is, with a larger buffer size latency may be introduced into your recordings. So you will need to watch your settings in both modes, record and listen.
