That was a great game!! My bears just blew it this season.. I will cheer on the chargers because they are from cali and because no 8/8 team has ever one the bowl.. But against the Fins well I have to side with Mickey because they were my Daddies team..
BTW do you guys realize that I think only three teams have ever done a song for the superbowl.. The Bears, The dolphins and The Chargers.... Only one of them Won the bowl after doing it though lol...

And yeah "Sweetness" WAS the man! (That's Walter Payton for the unknowing).

Les ...I'm a bonafide Raider Hater....going back to when the "Snake" beat the Finz on that last second TD to Clarance Davis to knock my Finz out of 4 straight SuperBowls in the 70's ....that on the play, by todays rules would have been a sack with the "in the grasp rules" yupp...I been a Finz fan since 1970, Shula's 1st year here.....as well as my own....in So Flo that is.

Gruden against his old Raiders....ya gotta know I WAS rooting for the Bucs.

OH Ya it was the fins.. '72 dolphins too, only team to go undefeated ever.. Sorry mickey but you can't really hurt my feelings with the Dolphin's, like I said before I cheer for them out of respect for me Papa...
And last year we thought it was hopeless and all over.. That the Sneaky, cheating patriots would rob that coveted prize before the tuna came to miami when the fins slept. I tell you I became a New York Giants fan for a minute.... Second to '85 Happiest I was ever with a football game.

What's harder that being a Texas Tech Alumn?
Going to one of their Football games. Shameful.
I am no longer a football fan and I am also fed up with Jerry World here in Dallas.

Dough!........well Baltimore has a great D, gotta hand it to them, in fact Pennington did!!

Overall the Finz had an awesome year and once again gave the hometown faithful something to cheer for all season.

Plus by winning the division, we knocked both our hated rivals the J-E-T-S and Patsies OUT of the playoffs! THAT alone is extremely satisfiying and made the whole season WELL worth it!
