Hey Michelle. George "Sandman", his lovely wife Laura and myself will be there on Saturday around 9:30 am because we have to stand in line to pick up our passes. A few other of the Pau Hana crew might be there also. We all scored passes this year...woohooo!! Let's grab some lunch and beers somewhere close by. I will give you guys a call once we get in.
I wish I could make it...Bob was very kind to email me and invite me to meet and hang out but I've been on the road for work and just got home and need a little family time before heading back out again tomorrow.
NAMM SHOW!!! Getting kinda fired up about that. This you this weekend! It'll be good to meet you guys and drink all those "new guy" beers that have been accumulating. A gear junkie's dream world...
Namm2009 was a total blast! Sandman, his wife Laura, our bass player Chappy and myself all drove up to Aneheim yesterday and spent the day being overwhelemed. Six plus hours of walking and we saw maybe a third of all there was to see. We hooked up with Jim "SoCAlJammer, Doug, Michelle and Haden ay the IK Multimedia booth. Haden stayed to hold down the fort while the rest of us went and grabbed some lunch and beers. Good times! Here are some pictures. Sorry about the low quality but my Blackberry is a P.O.S. George and Dug took a bunch more high quality pictures that will be posted soon. George got his picture taken with Billy Gibbons.
There is talk of having a full on Junkie demonstration at the IK booth next year. That would be a blast.

Good god. Every model guitar from every manufacturer and custom shop around the world. I counted exactly 5,987,397,432 guitars. That was like falling into the encylopedia of gear, pieces, parts, gadgets, and gizmos. We seriously walked around all day and saw about 70% of it. Awesome!
Also good to hang with some riffpeeps. I'll get some pics up when I figure out how to do it.
