This a little noddle-ly, not really my style, but I've always loved the solos by Jake E Lee in Bark at the Moon and Vivian Campbell's in Holy Diver...probably being a little shallow with these, but I grew up on 'em...Ty Tabor from King's X floors me also.

Vivian Campbell - yeah, on the Holy Diver album he really had his once-in-a-lifetime moments. I've got a concert DVD with 2 Dio concerts: One of the first "HD" shows in 1982 and a "Last in Line" show in 84. He's a great live guitarist on those two. Sadly, from then on he went downhill...

RB--I know the '82 show you're talking about...a friend of mine had it on BETA (along with a horrible KISS Animalize concert) and an Ozzy Bark at the Moon tour concert that we watched at least 50 times...that probably shaped my opinion!

Anyway...from that KISS show, here's the WORST solo in the history of the world...drum roll please...
