Bob/Rick...go to the thread below and follow the link 2nd page. there's a post from Hofsteen. If you click the email link on left you can send him an email. It doesn't give you the address though, but at least you can get in touch...

i´m sitting on my Chair and weeping. I am so appreciative. You have writing so friendly words for me and my wife....we are said thank you for your pray and your words of hope. The Tumor is so little, we hope that all be alright. In three mounth we are more knowlege.
