I just turned an application that could change my life forever.

I applied to a music program held in Nashville over the summer. 32 high school musicians are selected to go, how awesome would that look on a college app?

Anyway, a few essays later, i got the application in the mail tonight. Hopefully i hear back relatively soon

Alex, let me know if you get in. I work in Nashville not far from the Vandy campus. Hope you get in, it would be a fantastic experience, you would be almost in the heart of Music Row where most of the major music labels are.

"As a teen musician I often struggle to gain the respect of older musicians without a guitar in my hands. Like many young musicians, I am often labeled because of my age to be into metal, or to just make noise, not music. When I have a guitar in my hands I get to prove them wrong.
