You need to upload it to a host such as "Imageshack" or "Photo Bucket" ....then paste the uploaded link to your post with the tags.

If it's already on the web then you don't need to host it anywhere. Right click the picture and click on properties. Then embed the link inside the "" tags and your golden like Flex said.
