For me, I'd have to say it was my first rack system I built on a very tight budget.

*Furman power conditioner M8L*
*Rocktron Hush II cx*
*BBE 462 Sonic Maximizer* (The ones with the white boxes around the "contour and process" buttons) all others suck IMO.
*Digitech 21 Legend*
*ADA MP-1 Preamp*
*QSC MX-700 Poweramp*

Use to run this in stereo on stage and it sounded awesome especially with the delay pinging across the stage from left to right.

I totally regret selling these units. Had an excellent sound and to think I was on a very tight budget at the time. Years later I built another rack unit (open budget) and it didn't compare to my first one.

*Monster Pro 900*
*Rocktron Super C*
*BBE 882i Sonic Maximizer*
*Line6 POD Pro XT (effects only)*
*Marshall JMP-1*
*Marshall 9002 Power amp*

Didn't even compare, weird.

Years later no doubt you had lost frequencies from your hearing, especially the high ones and you probably blew all the other ones to bleep with that first setup ;)
No-one remembers what you do or say. Everyone remembers how you made them feel. Allegedly !!!!

Marshall JCM900 112 100W Combo ... all tube... my first amp, I slaved for a summer to get that thing when I was 15 (used from a family friend, on the cheap). Traded it for a 'Tele and a wee practice amp when I was about 20, which were subsequently traded for food $$$ that I no doubt spent mostly on booze before squandering the rest. Now I have one of the MG50 combos and it sounds like a muffled fart. *sigh* Not really sad about the 'tele though... just not really my thing.
... Lighten up Francis

Thats very tempting, but I just don't have to funds to build another rack system right now. I did have one a few months back, trying to rebuild the old rack I had, but I couldn't get the QSC amp or the Digitech and just gave up and sold everything again.

Easy come easy go.

What are you asking for it BTW? Do you have the foot switch? (Here we go again!)

Why would I miss my old junk, I'm just glad I got rid of stuff while it was worth something. It seems my old Martin is the only piece of gear I have that is increasing in value, I'm stoked it's doubled it's value since I got it.

Hey here's an idea, next time your broke, sell off that PS3 or a spare TV or something, why is it that the guitars are always first to go? And only sell guitars to get better guitars lol.

I regret selling my Les Paul Classic (with a beautiful natural burr maple top), my SG and a custom made Explorer. And like Vad1er, my Marshall stack is a miss also.
Cheers!
