Please post here if you are missing any of your collaborations or RiffCasts and we will see if we can recover the data. Last night my profile went completely empty. No Riffcasts, no Rifflinks....it was like I was a noob again.....today I got some of my songs back.....but I've got only 15 songs, where there used to be 136 + so add me to the list of "lost and found" please. thanks in advance.

I have lost a dozen or so songs
My profile has been wiped and I've lost about 8,000-9,000 plays ... but I think everything else seems to be OK.

actually number of songs and collabs look right but haven't checked pages to see if they are there.
so add me too.
for awhile there, i got another shelf and thought i was getting a prize!

Missing some shouts. It appears all my songs are there. I did notice that the songs are listed in random order. Before the update I think they were listed newest to oldest.
My Whole Life is flashing before my eyes, please restore all my reasons for living : )

My profile doesn't look too good either..lost about 6000 plays and some shouts. Also have the double riffworld hero and monthly pick awards too and all the riffcasts i've done since being on riffworks/riffworld are all out of sequence by date of cast, same as bluesydude

I'm Missing My Trophy Case! and I think Some Views from some of my rifflinks.
I've lost about 1/2 of my profile. All my info is gone and about 1/2 of my Riffcasts (4 recent ones are there it seems).
other problem there are just not listed in the board.
ok guys first batch, just a tiny comment, please that's not a discussion place, just say: "hello I have a problem regarding missing riffcast or rifflink"
no other comments, you may understand that you are only a part of 15000 daily active members, so I had a really hard time this week 8-) BTW, for some member I am doing it by hand.

THX for your understanding, the priority is to the music rather than other sub-options.
I'm locked in here 23 hours a day now !!!!!
I also have the "drum-popup-problem" and the "creator-error" and reportet it to support via email..
Hope you guys get it fixed.

Hi, I'm having problems. I seem to have lost "Creator" status, and so I'm unable to work on a Rifflink I've started. I get the message "You must have a Creator accont to add riffs" or something like that. Please add me to the list, thanks.
I also lost all 40,000 of my awards and trophies!

Feel free to delete profiles "Guitarslinger" and "guitarslinger" but NOT "GuitarSlinger".
Those are leftovers profiles from the last riffcaster port to riffworld.
Whoa... Dis place is whack yo. Having someissues with the profile as well. Did cast a song with no problem. Hope it all comes back togather.
