Topic: IK Multimedia AmpliTube Metal Studio Software/USB Audio Interface Pack

They have this puppy on Musicians Friend for $99 bills the descriptions reads that also come with Sample Tank 2 SE,T-RackS and Stealth Plug. They also have another one listed that is selling for $199 I don't what the difference is but I don't need the interface but sounds like a deal for all the sounds. Any ideas or input?

That's too good to be true!!!!!!

I'm really annoyed that musicians friend doesn't ship to quebec because of the language laws.

Well actually you only get the Eq froM tracks3 and sampletank SE doesn't have many samples. I don't know if you get the full amplitubr metal either

yeah, quebec language laws are discusting (they actually infringe on your rights as set out by the charter of rights and freedoms).
you are in montreal, correct?
ontario isnt that far away. if you have a friend here in ontario, you could probably ship it to them, then go pick it up from them.

Hey Evan, I was in Ottawa last week. Took a trip on the river beautiful country you live in. It was interesting the discussions, while I was there, on this very topic. I work for a software company from up there so we have a French language interface smile.

The Sampletank SE deal was not too bad for the sounds you get but I was disappointed in the TRacks EQ. Kinda felt ripped on that one as there was only a few options and not many effects to work wtih.  There were several other choices that could have given me more use of software. So it makes a nice desktop ICON now.
