Hi Les, again sorry about your not getting your free guitar yet. You and I are in direct contact through email and you know I am following up with Schecter. It was the holidays and they were/are preparing shipments for NAMM. I will work with Schecter to get your guitar to you ASAP. Thank you for your patience.

You know...not to cause a stir up here, but - I seem to recall that in some previous RR, (I believe one was Poot's win) the prize was already in the possession of the Sonoma team before the contest ended. Just as a suggestion, maybe that could or should be the protocol so there isn't a lapse of many months before the winner receives their full and just due - especially where it concerns the main prize.

Yes it's nice to have the prizes in our hands before the contest, but sometimes it takes these bus nice people longer to do things like install humbuckers, etc. depending on their schedules, so it's actually faster to have it go directly from the sponsor in this case. Plus it saves us shipping costs which really helps these days :).

Les' free guitar has been upgraded with the SD humbuckers at Schecter and the guitar has been shipped, so he should be receiving it this week.
