Audio copy/paste from beatmaker?

Sorry if this has been addressed before...

Just purchased fourtrack and am laying down tracks for a song I wrote about my young son. I have beatmaker samples of him singing and talking over the years and would like to move an arrangement/sequence into fourtrack.

In addition to moving the samples over, how does one insert x number of bars into a section of my song? Thanks very much- I'm at the beginning of this learning curve and enjoying it. Great product!
