FourTrack & InstantDrummer iPhone App Agreements
FourTrack and InstantDrummer iPhone App users have agreed to the iTunes Terms and Conditions as applicable.
There are separate agreements for the Free PromoTracks that are downloadable within FourTrack - these are provided by each artist as that material is copyrighted by the artists, not Sonoma Wire Works. Many of the artists have chosen to use Creative Commons Licensing, but be sure to read each License Agreement that you agree to when downloading these tracks. These license agreements can be found on each FourTrack PromoTrack download page.
Songs posted to RiffWorld from FourTrack would be covered under the same Website Terms of Use as RiffWorks songs.
