Don't ­­­­­­­­­have ­­­­­­­­­internet­­­­­­­­­

Click­­­­­­­­­ the ­­­­­­­­­Forgot ­­­­­­­­­Password ­­­­­­­­­button,­­­­­­­­­ then ­­­­­­­­­check ­­­­­­­­­your ­­­­­­­­­email. Remember ­­­­to ­­­­­­­­­check ­­­­­­­­­the ­­­­­­­­­spam ­­­­­­­­­folder.

You­­­­­­­­­ can­­­­­­­­­ Activate­­­­­­­­­ RiffWorks­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ on ­­­­­­­­­up ­­­­­­­­­to ­­­­­­­­­3 ­­­­­­­­­machines. ­­­­­­­­­

No sound when playing / No playback audio Speakers not plugged in or turned on

Volume down on audio device or speakers


Wrong device selected in Audio Setup.

Plug ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­speakers ­­­­­­­­­in, ­­­­­­­­­and ­­­­­­­­­turn speakers­­­­­­­­­ ­­­­­­­­­on

Turn volume up


Click ­­­­­­­­­on ­­­­­­­­­Audio ­­­­­­­­­Setup, ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­and­­­­­­­­­ choose correct device.

Can't hear recording Instrument volume turned down

Instrument not plugged into interface input or turned up


Wrong Input Channel selected in Input Menu

Turn instrument volume up

Plug instrument into interface input and turn the volume up


Choose correct input channel from Input Channel popup menu.

Recording is only in one side Instrument ­­­­­­­­­is ­­­­­­­­­connected ­­­­­­­­­to Mono ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Input.­­­­­­­­­ Turn ­­­­­­­­­off ­­­­­­­­­stereo ­­­­­­­­­button ­­­­­­­­­and ­­­­­­­­­select Input ­­­­­­­­­Channel
