30 Day Return Policy for GuitarJack:

Thank you for your interest in GuitarJack. If you decide that GuitarJack is not right for you, if the GuitarJack package is still sealed, and in good condition, and the product was purchased at sonomawireworks.com, you may return the product for a full refund (except the shipping cost) within 30 days of purchase (with proof of purchase). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and must provide a tracking number for return shipping. Contact support to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number in order to return the product, and to receive instructions for sending the product back. If the product is no longer sealed, then please refer to the GuitarJack Manufacturers' Warranty. If the GuitarJack was purchased from a dealer, instead of from Sonoma Wire Works, please refer to the dealer's return policy.

Thank you for your interest in Sonoma Wire Works' Products. If you decide that the software is not right for you, and the product was purchased at sonomawireworks.com, you may return the product for a full refund (except the shipping cost if applicable) within 30 days of purchase (with proof of purchase). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if applicable, and must provide a tracking number for return shipping. Contact support to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number in order to return the product, and to receive instructions for sending the product back. If the product was purchased from a dealer, instead of from Sonoma Wire Works, please refer to the dealer's return policy. If the product was a downloadable software, your activation/registration will become inactive until you contact support to request instructions for how to purchase the item again.

Apple does not allow Sonoma to offer refunds for iOS apps sold through their App Store.
