GuitarJack Warranty

Manufacturer's Limited 90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty for GuitarJack Model 1 and Model 2:
Sonoma Wire Works warrants to the original purchaser-user with proof of purchase from an authorized GuitarJack dealer, that this device bearing the name GuitarJack Model 1 or GuitarJack Model 2, will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. Minor cosmetic flaws are not considered a defect and not covered under the warranty. Sonoma Wire Works further warrants that this device will perform adequately under normal use if properly used and maintained in accordance with the instructions described in the packaging, here and/or in the GuitarJack Guide.

Starting Time: This product warranty begins with the date of original purchase from an authorized reseller.

What is Covered: Components are covered for parts and labor.

Sonoma Wire Works' Obligation: Limited strictly to replacing, or to repairing, upon return to Sonoma Wire Works, transportation charges prepaid by the original purchaser-user, any part or parts that shall be found to be defective in material and/or workmanship during the warranty period. All decisions regarding defects in material or workmanship or accident, alteration, misuse, or improper maintenance or use shall be made by Sonoma Wire Works and shall be binding upon the parties.

• Installation or operation of the product beyond the specifications set on the GuitarJack Guide on sonomawireworks.com.
• Liquid damage or corrosion.
• Dropping, twisting, bending the product or the items connected to the product while it is or is not attached to an iOS device or cable of any kind.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SONOMA WIRE WORKS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM MISUSE OR INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT, ANY PART THEREOF OR ANY PRODUCT ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT. No part or assembly which has been subject to accident, alteration, opening or misuse, or which is not installed or serviced in accordance with this document or the GuitarJack Guide shall be covered by this warranty. Opening the housing of this product by anyone other than a Sonoma Wire Works employee voids this warranty.
