DrumCore 4 Mac Beta 6 Now Available
DrumCore 4 Mac Beta 6 is being tested by over 150 testers of all DrumCore 4 editions. It's working great for many people. The Kit editor is now fully functional and ready for you to build your own custom kits, the Content Migration Tool is moving users' installed DrumCore 3 and KitCore content to DrumCore 4, owned content is being downloaded within the plug-in as people need it. The main thing left to do is the built-in store as we are already getting requests from beta testers who want more content. Upgrade pricing is available. Email support@sonomawireworks.com with any questions. Windows is making good progress now, so we will be letting Windows beta testers know when it is ready for testing. We will keep working hard to ship DrumCore 4 as quickly as we can.
DrumCore 4 is an AAX/VST3/AU plug-in instrument with royalty-free 24-bit audio loops, MIDI loops, and multi velocity sampled drum kits. Includes royalty free recordings of celebrity drummers in many styles. Easily integrates with most 64-bit recording software.
If you pre-ordered DrumCore 4 and applied to the beta program as a Mac tester, you should have received it. If you haven't received it, please email support@sonomawireworks.com.
Pre-order now to apply to the beta program. Upgrade pricing is available for DrumCore 2.5, DrumCore 3, and KitCore users.
FourTrack, StudioTrack & GuitarTone Updates
New: GuitarJack Stage Control App
The free GuitarJack Stage Control app (in the iTunes App store) allows you to use Sonoma's GuitarJack Stage 2-in/2-out audio interface for iOS/Mac/Win/Android to control many third-party iOS apps that support MIDI input (e.g. amp simulators, effects processors, recording apps).
GuitarJack Stage Control enables apps to be controlled by GuitarJack Stage's buttons and knobs, including AmpliTube®, BIAS® FX (iPad), JamUp®, JamUp® Pro, and many other third party apps that support MIDI input.
More in-depth MIDI map details for the GuitarJack Stage can be found here.
Sonoma's FourTrack (iPhone), StudioTrack (iPad), and GuitarTone (iPhone/iPad) do not require the GuitarJack Stage Control app as they include fully integrated controls for GuitarJack Stage without the need for a separate app. Sonoma plans to add the ability for users to re-map the controls for Sonoma apps soon.
