DrumCore 4 Beta 7 for Mac and Windows

DrumCore 4 Beta 7 is working great for hundreds of Mac beta testers. Beta 7 for Windows is being tested internally by Sonoma, and is about to be sent to users of AAX and VST3 plug-ins for Windows. Beta 7 includes all the main DrumCore 4 features (with many fixes and improvements) and adds previews of unowned loops and store purchase functionality. DC4 is very close to a release candidate.

DrumCore 4 is an AAX/VST3/AU plug-in instrument with royalty-free 24-bit audio loops, MIDI loops, and multi velocity sampled drum kits. Includes royalty free recordings of celebrity drummers in many styles. Easily integrates with most 64-bit recording software.

Pre-order DrumCore 4 now to apply to the beta program. Upgrade pricing is available for DrumCore 2.5, DrumCore 3, and KitCore users. Intro pricing for DrumCore 4 Prime Link has been extended through June 10, then the price will increase to $229 (new) and $129 (upgrade from DC3).

Recording Magazine's StudioJack Mini Review

We've reviewed Sonoma's portable GuitarJack interfaces more than once, and have always been very pleased with their sound quality and portability. Now we have the new StudioJack Mini to supersede them; like its predecessors, it is designed and built in the USA of primarily American-sourced components, and while it's still tiny and far lighter than its predecessors (under 3 ounces!), it packs a pretty big punch for such a small box...I found the StudioJack Mini to be incredibly easy to set up and use, portable, reliable, and great-sounding. If you like the idea of a solid stereo audio interface that plays well with computers and iOS devices alike and weighs practically nothing, you'll find the StudioJack Mini suits the bill perfectly.
