drummer installation problem

yes the whole thing needs serious looking at. it's so vague and confusing and i'm not stupid but you seem to get sent round in circles here. you install your rifftracker fine, then drummers
then they dont show up in the drummer menu, can't be that hard to synchronise it all can it? it all seems a bit of a download racket personally, why not have it all on the disk in the first place? I've downloaded 4 drummer files and cant access any of them, even though my pc is teling me they are installed and ready for use??? 2006 and these sort of beta problems aren't really acceptable without adequate instructions or compatible software. surely it should be advertisedas betaware as it sure isn't hitting the ground running. A shame because it's actually a good little piece of kit. just the whole onlinedownload register experience is a big turn off. neil

I have had the same problem. Thanks for the work-around but I agree with the guys here that it does need to be sorted.

I have downloaded the new freebie drummers a number of times now. I have only 2 downloads left and I'm getting new PC next week- can they please be re-set for the future?

Hello,
I have tried all of these things and am still unable to get the drummers to work. Is it better just to get Rex2 drummers from Drums on Demand? I have wasted an entire morning. Do the Rex files work any better?

If you've run the registration app, installed the drummers, and it still doesn't work, please file a case on our support page and we'll try to get it up and working for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

That's me. I've run the application but none of my previously purchased drums are available when I run RW 2.0

This really stinks as I can't use the program now. I've opened a case and am waiting for further instructions.
