RiffWorks Line 6 doesn't work!!!!

Hi i bought Riffworks from line 6 site, i activated it by line 6 monkey software and after installation the program (about 127 mb) it start but the mouse pointer goes in hourglass permantly!! and i can't click everywere! it measns frozen!

How can i do??

i tried to re-install all of components.

i need it! Please help me.

Until one of the moderators comes around, try and unpug the guitarport's usb cable for 10 seconds and then re-attach it. Then restart.

This has happened to a handful of people around here. It seems to be related to the Line 6 copy protection. We're not sure why its happening exactly, but we should be able to help you out. I forwarded your info to customer support.
