Does anyone know what application to use when using rewire? I have been trying with Ableton Live 5 but it does not support VSTi when it is in slave mode.

Here's a link about Rewire and VSTi's............read Alex@Ableton.com in particular.

Your Ableton instruments should work fine while in slave mode.
