Hello

The bad is really starting to outweigh the good here.

First of all, the songs I created in a previous RW version are not loading correctly, which renders all my previous work near useless. I am sure this isnt what you're compnay was intending, so I hope you can fix these problems very soon so that people can trust this software.

Let me detail the main problem Im facing with your software today.
For example I have a song I am trying to load into RiffWork standard, created on Riffwork 1.1, and it will not load the rex files. The files are in the correct library, but RW doesnt even akknowledge them. So this is where all the problems begin.

It goes on... When try to indicate to the ORIGINAL CD that I bought... It doesnt recognize the file even though the file it is asking for is there.

I like the program, but I feel you rushed it to market. Theres just so many problems

I haven't had any problems importing old songs in RW2 (line6 edition). You have to redefine the REX files sometimes though - this can ofcause be somehow frustrating... but for me it works. Could it be, that this issue only happens in RW2 standard version?

A piano has about 7.500 moving parts - that's why I play the guitar...

Hmmm, that problem loading rex files doesn't sound good. We'll look into it right away.

You say there are "just so many problems." Please feel free to elaborate on any others that you are finding.

thanks,

Thats true . hmmm .. well I can fully appreciate you have moved into your "full steam ahead" marketing campaign. I can think of around 20 major bugs with the riffworks 2. Im hoping you've noted them already, but if not, Ill try and remember and list them all for you.

Have you fixed the fixed the loading of old songs and rex 2 incompatibility? I know I keep pressing this but it kinda renders all songs made on RiffWork I platform...

Unloadable. merci ;)
