Can I transfer my Line6 license if I crossgrade?

Is it possible to transfer my RW L6 edition licence to my brothers POD XT Live if I crossgrade with you?
A piano has about 7.500 moving parts - that's why I play the guitar...

Maxe,

There is nothing preventing you from doing that. With the cross-grade, we really wanted to provide current users a way to switch to our version of RiffWorks with a significantly reduced cost. What you do with your old version is kind of up to you. Some people like to keep around older versions, but it isn't strictly necessary.
