Upgrading to version 2 of the Line6 riffworks.

Hey guys.

I purchased the Line 6 Riffworks/ Guitar Port combo about a month ago. I decided to buy few drum tracks yeterday, and can't get them working. I'm either doing 1 of two things wrong, or both

1. I still have version 1 of riffworks. But I can't get the free upgrade to work, and i need version 2 working to use these drum tracks. My Line6 monkey says that Riffworks (version 2 features) is activated (...little green checkmark), but i know for a fact that my riffworks is still stuck in version 1. What can I do about this?

2. I also don't have my Riffworks registered. When I go to register is by using the application, however, it says that i need to have my riffowrks installed before I can complete the registration and get the extra 2 drum tracks. I don't get it, because... well my Riffworks is installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Check your Monkey and make sure you have RiffWorks Line 6 Edition installed. It's under "Updates" (not "Optional Add-Ons'). Activated does not necessarily mean installed. You will have to download and install the new version if you haven't already, even if the Monkey says it is "activated".
