Drummers won't load

Purchased 4 instant drummers from Sonoma. Have upgraded to R-2 Line 6 edition. Have run the registration download. Downloaded the drummers to desktop. Clicked them. Message say's they're installed. Launch riffworks and it tells me they aren't installed and I must redownload and/or repurchase them. Downloaded them again...and again..and still the same problem. I looked in my Line 6 folder from old riffworks and there isn't a folder marked "drummers" there, and neither is there a folder marked "drummers" in the new Sonoma Wireworks folder. I'm not a computer genius..hence...I use riffworks instead of more complicated stuff. I've used old riffworks for 2 years without a problem. Solution, please?
