I don't have any personal experience with that brand at all. I would mainly ignore the frequency response specification as companies tend to lie about that stuff all the time. I would pay attention to the personal reviews, especially if someone likes similar sounding stuff from other brands. I have a pair of Sennheiser HD580s, which I think sound absolutely phenominal, but they are open backed which isn't the best for recording with amp models. My personal favorite thing to record with is canal-phones, the type that seals in your ear canals. They have great noise rejection and tend to sound pretty darn good. They aren't the most comfortable thing in the world, but they get the job done. For those, I would check out Shure, Etymotic, and Ultimate Ears.
