One of the Members on this forum, altawar, has created intelliriffer - the wave importer tool... it's an awesome tool for riffworks and it works very well...
read about it here http://www.sonomawireworks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=3575

Yes, intelliriffer is about the only way to import a wav... it can be a little tricky to get it right though, or so i've found anyway.. . maybe its just me.. :) the only other way i can think of would be to get Recycle and create REX files and load them into the riff you want....

There are people out there that look just like you. When they try to hand you something, don't take it. Grand Funk Railroad - Grand Funk Live

You can run the line out from a cd player to the line in where plug in your guitar. From there you can press play on the cd and record in riffworks. It can be a bit tricky to get the start timed right, but it works in a pinch.
