Riffworks download stuck at 95%

Hi,

I have recently had to restore my computer to factory settings due to a fault. This has resulted in me losing Riffworks and having to download it again.

I have attempted to download it 3 times since, however it freezes at 95% (it says that 99.2MB is downloaded out of 104MB).
The download screen is still in action, however the time is stuck at 1min 9secs. I have left it for a while however it has not moved any further.

Riffworks downloaded fine previously without any problems whatsoever. Does anyone have any idea on what the issue may be now?

Also, I am concerned that due to this problem I have used 4 out of 5 of my downloads from my account. Will it be possible if I contact customer support direct to reverse those downloads that have not completed due to the error?

Just tell customer service and they'll reset your downloads mate
