I've been working on this song for so long, and it froze at one point while savingm and now I get "invalid format" please help!

Try downloading intelliriffer by Amit Altwar the same thing happened to me and I used this recovery tool to retrieve it from the cache of my pc.

Like Vadier said, download Atalwars Intelliriffer and use the recovery tool

It worked for me. Atalwar's a saint. Intelliriffer is a must with Riffworks.
