Hi there, I have been having major problems opening up some of my riffworks songs. They begin to load and as soon as they get to the instant drummer parts an error box comes up. "This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way".

I have been reading the forums about the ASIO driver problems. But I can't adjust mine because it won't open. I am using a computer with windows xp. Can someone please help. I've spent hours on these songs and I really want to finish them!!!.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Try re-installing your drums by double clicking them or re-downloading from your Sonoma store account........sounds like the drums are causing the hang/crashes....if that don't help opening a support case HERE.

Check that your Instant Drummers are here -> C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataSonoma Wire Worksdrummers
You could also try an uninstall/re-install of RiffWorks.
If RiffWorks gives you the option to save a minidump file, send it (along with the log file at C: ...My DocumentsSonoma Wire WorksRiffWorks) if you e-mail Support - and give them as much detail as you can about your system and what you were doing when the software crashed.
Cheers!

Ok, well I reinstalled riffworks and the instant drummers and am still having the same problems. The Microsoft Visual C +++ runtime error keeps appearing.

I can open the files fine if my ux2 is not in plugged in. I emailed support so hope to hear back soon.

Cheers

Try running Line6 Monkey and updating/re-installing all your drivers etc
No-one remembers what you do or say. Everyone remembers how you made them feel. Allegedly !!!!
